Recital

We hold our annual recital in June at Bridgewater State University. More information will be coming in the next few months.

Hair

Pull tightly back in a low bun, with a center part. It is important to use lots of hairpins, gel/hairspray, and even a hair net that coordinates with dancer’s hair color. Headpieces should be secured with bobby pins to the right side of the head (unless otherwise specified)

No underwear or jewelry

Makeup

We require ample makeup as the bright stage lights can make dancers appear washed out. We suggest you give a trial run prior to the big day to make sure you feel comfortable enough with the hairstyle & makeup application. There are many different techniques, so feel free to head to YouTube tutorials and play around to see which way is easiest for you and your dancer.
